Ridgeway Grandfather Clocks

With all of the grandfather clocks that are on the market, it may be tough to decide which kind you actually want in your home. Ridgeway grandfather clocks offer you the pediment with graceful curves of the swan’s neck. Having graceful and slender necks are the hallmarks for grace and beauty in women.

Ridgeway grandfather clocks come in several different models, but all continue to have the graceful features of curves of the swan’s neck. Some of the top Ridgeway grandfather clocks are Independence, Kensington, Richwood, Wellington, Beverly Hills, Martinsville, Wilshire, Bridgtowne, Newberry, and the list goes on and on. There’s even the Sedona, Morgantown, Noah, Zeeland, Noah, and Salem.

Here’s a look at just three of the Ridgeway grandfather clock series. Each come with a short description and price so you know what you’re in for.

The first and most expensive on this list of grandfather clocks is the Ridgeway Clock Co. “Kensington” Grandfather Clock – 2517, priced at $3,800. This stately floor clock features Royale Cherry finish on genuine hardwoods with Cherry and Olive Ash burl veneers. The Olive ash burl is mounted on raised panels over the book matched Cherry on the front of the top crown. The beautiful shape of the stepped swan’s neck pediment with a carved finial rests upon the wonderfully carved shell design located under the finial seat.

Next up is the Ridgeway Clock Co. “Belmont” Grandfather Clock – 2509, priced at $2,770. This one is slightly cheaper than the Kensington, but still just as beautiful. The large oversize dial, framed in 1/2 solid wood has acid etched corner spandrels and center design with raised black Arabic numerals on the chapter ring and functioning lunar arch. A large lyre pendulum with twisted rods and 10 7/8 (275mm) bob and center design matches the dial and banded weight shells, is visible through a beautifully shaped 1 inch beveled glass locking door.

And the least expensive from this group of Ridgeway grandfather clocks is the Ridgeway Clock Co. “Timberlake” Grandfather Clock – 2526, priced at just $2,575. A great clock for a cabin in the mountains, or a contemporary in the suburbs, the Timberlake will be right at home. An Autumn Harvest finish on select American hardwoods and veneers complement the soft, subtle lines that blend beautifully with today’s interior fashions. A gracefully arched bonnet with Olive Ash burl overlays sits atop the sculpted oval columns which extend the length of the body. The case is flanked on either side by two olive ash plinth blocks resting on a break-front style base moulding.
